Service visit to repair a fault

I emailed Andy earlier in the week to let him know a fault had developed in the charging unit – he was very responsive, and agreed to come over for a service visit in a few days. As it was, he came a day early and had the unit back up and running in about 10 mins – would thoroughly recommend him to anyone thinking about getting a home car charger installed
